Role OverviewThe Director, Participations oversees the preparation, review, and issuance of participation statements and payments for Lionsgate's television portfolio, managing a team of participation professionals and partnering with various departments.
What You Will Do
Lead the preparation, review, and approval of television participation statements, ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements, resolve complex reporting issues, and manage participation managers and analysts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of entertainment industry experience in participations, royalties, residuals, or related accounting functions
- Prior management experience preferred
- Experience interpreting complex participation agreements and contingent compensation provisions
