Job Description
BridgeBio is looking for a Director, People Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a public company in the life sciences or tech sector and will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges, advising on People strategies, and leading People programs within client group talent management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 + years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 10 years in a strategic HRBP role
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a Life Sciences organization who have a commercialized product a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI-enabled tools or insights to improve People processes, strategic planning, or leader decision-making
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • High level of business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to leverage metrics to drive decision-making
