Job Description
Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Director of Performance Management to lead and shape the learning and development approach for all levels of the organization. The role involves strategic leadership, course development, creating training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Director will be responsible for assessing talent needs, identifying development solutions, and overseeing the development of a robust learning strategy. This is part of the Central HR team and involves partnering with other leaders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, source, implement, and maintain high quality leadership and selling and service training and development programs.
  • Partner with Macys and BLM to align projects.
  • Develop customized training content for all roles and levels.
  • Use appropriate tools and delivery methods for blended learning.
  • Develop assessments to measure learner outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to leadership.
  • Develop New Hire Orientation and Selling & Service curriculum.
