Job Description
We're hiring for a Director of Practice Operations to lead and optimize the performance of our ambulatory specialty clinic practices in Kingman, AZ. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years of medical office or healthcare management experience, or 7 years of relevant work experience.

Requirements

  • Directs and coordinates physicians, administration, clinic managers, and office coordinators to drive departments in the direction of Physician Services and hospital goals
  • Responsible for oversight of the operations of assigned area of responsibility including budgeting, financial performance, patient experience, employee engagement, provider staffing, quality, safety, and access availability for our patients
  • Develops annual operating and capital expenditure budgets to meet or exceed system targets
  • Participates in the planning and recruitment process for new providers and ensure that all support systems are in place for new providers to be successful in their practice
