Role Overview

As the Director, Precision Health Advanced Capabilities Lead, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions that transform how patients are diagnosed, treated, and monitored across therapeutic areas. You will define and scale enterprise capabilities that create meaningful impact for patients, providers, and healthcare systems.

What You Will Do

You will own the enterprise strategy and roadmap for Precision Health advanced capabilities and EMR informatics across therapeutic areas, drive prioritization of capability investments, and partner with external vendors and ecosystem stakeholders to evaluate and advance solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare/pharma/diagnostics/health informatics/technology.
  • 3+ years' experience in a digital health business development role(s).
  • Prior experience & expertise in project management, tech partnerships, 3rd party data partnerships inclusive of clinical decision support, diagnostic or tech partnership alliance and therapeutic delivery.
  • Proven track record in meeting objectives aligned to cross-functional partnership and shared priorities across therapeutic areas.
  • Strategy and Operations, Training Experience, External Partnership and/or BD&L experience, Customer Solutions/Customer Experience.
  • Demonstrates strong data literacy and applies digital and AI-enabled thinking strategically and responsibly to improve decision speed, commercial outcomes, and competitive advantage, while modeling effective AI use across the team, embedding AI tools into workflows, guiding responsible AI practices, and fostering experimentation and continuous learning.
