This role focuses on fostering collaboration and improving win rates by leveraging data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in presales, solution consulting, or sales strategy roles in enterprise software.
  • 2+ years proven experience leading high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, value-based selling, and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of HCM Payroll and WF Management (UKG’s product portfolio a plus).
