Role OverviewThe Director of Private Brands Sourcing leads sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, and cost optimization efforts across Hy-Vee's entire Private Brands portfolio. This position is responsible for overseeing the sourcing calendar, managing end-to-end RFP processes, and reporting on market cost trends and savings opportunities.
What You Will Do
Oversees the Private Brands sourcing calendar and execution of all RFP events across Grocery, HBC, GM & Specialty, and Perishables categories. Leads the design, launch, and evaluation of competitive RFPs; ensures consistency, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
