Director, Process Intelligence - Results Delivery Office

As a Director, Process Intelligence - Results Delivery Office, you will be responsible for advancing and scaling Process Intelligence capabilities to support enterprise transformation priorities, including process simplification, automation, and value realization. You will work across business, technology, and transformation teams to ensure Process Intelligence is embedded, scalable, and delivering sustained business value.

What You Will Do

You will lead execution of Process Intelligence activities across prioritized enterprise transformation initiatives, translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes, drive identification and realization of value through process optimization, automation, and performance improvement, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

We are looking for a person with a doctorate degree and 4 years of experience, or a master’s degree and 7 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience, in data science, business analytics, process improvement, engineering, or related fields. You should have proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes, deep experience in process mining, process analysis, and performance optimization, and strong ability to translate strategy into execution and operationalize capabilities.
