Role OverviewThe Director of Procurement for the South Central Division serves as a strategic business partner to leadership across the Division's operating companies. This role leads the end-to-end Division procurement organization — strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, and procurement analytics — overseeing more than $1 billion in annual addressable spend across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and West Tennessee, in close alignment with Division leadership, Americas Materials Procurement, Procurement Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or Finance concentration preferred.
- Master's/graduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM, CSCP) a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience, including 5+ years leading procurement teams across multiple locations or business units.
- Experience in a public company and/or large, matrixed multinational organization strongly preferred.
- Experience in building materials, aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix concrete, construction, mining, or similar asset-intensive operational environments strongly preferred.
- Experience with procurement shared services or center-of-excellence environments preferred.
