Job Description
Bubble is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the product design team. The role will be responsible for building the team, establishing design processes, refining the design system, and driving the UX, user research & testing, and UI that defines the experiences on the Bubble platform.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product design experience working on challenging UX problems
  • 5+ years experience leading design teams, ideally having scaled teams in a high-growth startup environment
  • Excited about AI and no-code development, with prior experience a nice-to-have
  • Track record of recruiting world-class senior talent and developing high-performing teams
