Role Overview

The Director, Product Management is responsible for leading SEAKR's Product Management function and providing strategic ownership of the Company's product portfolio. This role is accountable for developing and executing product strategy, product roadmaps, lifecycle management, market positioning, pricing strategy, financial performance, and customer engagement to ensure products meet customer needs and SEAKR's growth objectives.

What You Will Do

The Director will work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive Leadership to translate customer and market needs into actionable product strategies and investment priorities. This position will provide both strategic and hands-on product leadership, directly supporting key products and initiatives while establishing the processes, capabilities, and team necessary to support SEAKR's growing product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical or business discipline
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management, engineering, business development, or related functions within aerospace, defense, space, or another highly technical industry
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing complex technical products throughout the product lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, pricing strategies, and market growth plans
  • Experience working directly with customers and supporting business development and sales activities for technical products
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Prior people leadership experience, including experience developing employees and/or building organizational capability, strongly preferred
