Role OverviewThe Director of Production Control will lead a team in support of critical Department of Finance applications and end user support, ensuring continuous, secure operation of all production, development, and disaster-recovery systems.

The selected candidate will supervise a team, provide strategic and technical leadership, and ensure proactive monitoring and resolution of incidents within SLA timeframes.

Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience in Information Technology (IT)
- At least eighteen (18) months of experience in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity in the areas of applications development, systems development, data communications and networking, database administration, data processing or user services
