Role OverviewThe Director, Professional Mkt and Innovation will lead key meetings and workshops with regional teams to communicate the Professional Strategy and provide guidance for its flawless execution. The role involves providing guidance to Marketing teams on how to adjust and implement strategies at a local level, leading global scope projects leveraging the 4CP framework, and actively participating in global multifunctional meetings to provide the essential Marketing perspective and drive impactful decisions.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include developing and leading a Global Professional Products Grid, working in close synergy with H2/3 innovation teams, leading Professional content development, collaborating with Scientific Affairs, R&D, Agency, and key Division partners, and setting objectives for the R&D function for new technology development.
