Requirements

  • Develop overall guidelines for program level chartering and partnering
  • Oversee the integration of all projects within the program
  • Manage the development of design definition documents
  • Manage estimating and life cycle asset costing
  • Develop and submit for approval change management and impact mitigation strategies
