Role OverviewWe are seeking a Director Programs 1 to join the Program Management Development organization within the Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) sector. What You Will Do
Plan and execute Non‐Advocate Reviews (NARs), Program Start‐Up Reviews (PSRs), and Independent Reviews for the sector. Ensure each review team is staffed with competent subject matter experts (SMEs), and that review processes and tools effectively assess risks, opportunities, and program executability.

Active US Government Secret clearance (or higher) that is in scope (granted or renewed within the last 6 years). Ability to travel up to 25% to support on‐site reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 8 years of related experience
- 3 years in a program or project leadership role
- Experience leading a multi‐functional team
- Demonstrated Program Management Framework (PMF) Acumen
- Thorough knowledge of program management for development, production, and sustainment programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and persuasively in both verbal and written form with executive leadership
- Ability to attain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP) within a reasonable time, as determined by business needs
