Role OverviewThe Director, Project Controls will lead a team of project controls specialists and act as a strategic partner to Project Management leadership. The role involves developing, implementing, and governing the Project Controls Plan, managing project costs, schedules, risks, and overall performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 15 years of total experience, including at least 7 years in Project Controls on large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency in Project Controls tools, including Primavera P6, SAP, and Power BI
- Experience managing or supervising large Project Controls teams
- Proven ability to work closely with project teams to influence and achieve expected outcomes
