Job Description
OMNIA Partners is looking for a Director of Project Management to drive complex initiatives forward and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and has strong executive presence. Projects will involve planning, developing, and implementing project plans, leading whiteboarding sessions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects

  • Communicate project milestones, roadblocks and risks
  • Adapt approach based on project needs
  • Monitor and report project progress
  • Facilitate meetings, create agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items
  • Support change management planning for driving successful project adoption
