Role OverviewThe Director Project/Program Management, Wound Closure and Healing (PPMG) will be responsible for managing a team of Project Heads, responsible for cross-functional collaboration and execution to ensure new product program delivery. The role will serve on the WCH R&D leadership team advocating for projects with cross-functional peers and acting as a governance escalation point.
What You Will Do
Manages Project Heads (PHs) for Wound Closure & Healing (WCH) innovation programs, responsible for all executional aspects of WCH NPD Programs, accountable for program tracking, acceleration, and risk identification and mitigation for WCH Programs.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience required.
- Prior experience delivering innovation programs is required.
- Project management experience with projects having materials, biologics, or clinical focus is required.
- Understanding of Global Regulatory/Clinical requirements of complex medical devices is required.
- Demonstrated success in partnering and influencing across a matrix environment is required.
- Medical device experience with Class II & III Medical Devices is required.
- Demonstrated effective change leadership and management skills is required.
- Prior people leadership experience is required.
