Role OverviewThe Director of Property Management will oversee the financial and operational aspects for all owned, leased, and third-party tenant locations within the RRH real estate portfolio.
What You Will Do
Manage ongoing repair, maintenance, and capital improvements; create annual budgets and financial reports; negotiate leases; oversee staff; establish KPIs.
