Job Description
DP World is seeking a Director, Quality and Process to lead regional governance and execution of corporate quality management systems, enterprise process standards, and AI-enabled transformation programs across the Americas.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in quality management, process excellence, or operational transformation within ports, logistics, supply chain, or asset-intensive industries
Proven experience leading ISO-based quality management systems and successful audit outcomes in a complex, multi-site environment
Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Deep understanding of quality systems, operational risk, and process governance
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions
