Job Description
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to develop and implement performance measurement and auditing tools to identify trends and gaps in the quality of care provided to children at the Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing performance measurement tools, auditing tools, and key performance indicators to evaluate critical standards of care, supervising staff, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Four years of full-time, satisfactory professional social services or related experience
  • At least eighteen months of experience in a supervisor, administrative, managerial or executive capacity
