Role OverviewThe Director, Quality Assurance will provide strategic leadership for the quality organization across multiple locations, ensuring product quality, regulatory and customer compliance, and the effectiveness of quality systems. This role will lead and develop the Quality team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other leaders to strengthen quality performance and support ACT's continued growth.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and direction for the quality organization, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), establishing quality strategies and controls, leading the Quality team, analyzing quality and manufacturing metrics, and promoting a culture of quality and accountability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of progressively responsible quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading quality operations across multiple locations
- Experience supporting both high-mix, low-volume and high-volume manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success leading quality organizations through growth and operational change
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and applicable standards, including AS9100 and ISO 9001
