Job Description
We are hiring a Director of Revenue Growth Management to lead profitable growth strategy across Retail and Away From Home channels at Sauer Brands. The ideal candidate has strong analytics and business judgment, and collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to shape enterprise growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Finance, or Commercial Analytics
  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience required; food or condiments category strongly preferred
