Job Description
Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments. We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale the Revenue Operations function.

Requirements

  • 10 - 12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or related functions
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing RevOps or GTM Operations teams
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities paired with a willingness to execute in the details
  • Deep understanding of GTM operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure and operational processes
  • Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a builder mentality
