Role OverviewThe Director of Risk Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's operational risk management program, identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks affecting the company's employees, patients, customers, assets, operations, and reputation.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the company's operational risk management function, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, oversee workers' compensation, general liability, premises liability, professional liability, auto liability, property and casualty claims, workplace safety, and security risks.

Requirements
- 9+ years of progressive risk management experience in a multi-state organization
- Experience supporting Multi-Unit Retail, Restaurant & Food Service, or Multi-Site Healthcare Organizations
- Experience with public company governance and compliance environments
- Corporate security experience
- Experience preparing executive-level and board-level risk reporting
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- ARM, CPCU, CRM, CPHRM, CRCM, CIA, or CCEP (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of operational risk management principles
- Understanding of healthcare and retail operational risks and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment
