ShiftKey is a platform that is disrupting the way healthcare facilities find licensed and certified professionals to fill available shifts. We're adding a Director of Sales to help more hospitals adopt the ShiftKey Marketplace.

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in complex hospital sales
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas for at least two years
  • Hunter mentality
  • Strong contract negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to consultative, value-driven selling
