Job Description
Sojern is seeking an energetic Sales Director to join their Americas Property Sales Team. The role involves leading and empowering a team of senior Sales Managers, coaching and managing a team of junior sales professionals, and scaling Sojern's outbound sales efforts through prospecting, pitching, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will drive sales productivity and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 5+ years sales experience (inside sales preferred, 1 in hotel/hospitality preferred)
  • Strong track record of managing senior sales teams
  • Ability to build and manage KPIs
  • Proficient use of Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
