Job Description
Xanadu is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead the efforts in maintaining the integrity of our financial narrative. This role requires a technical expert who bridges the gap between complex accounting theory and the strategic execution of high-quality SEC disclosures.
Requirements
6-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Active CPA license
Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards
Experience with SEC reporting software (e.g., Workiva, Toppan Merrill) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to distill complex regulations into clear, actionable summaries for leadership
