Job Description
As the Director of Solution Strategy, you will lead the development of mission-aligned, human-centered solutions that drive innovation and operational impact across the HHS sector. You will collaborate with senior leaders, solution architects, engineers, and capture teams to translate complex mission needs into actionable strategies and executable solutions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience in solution strategy, business design, or systems integration within the federal or civilian sectors, especially in HHS
  • A proven track record of relationships at CMS, with a special emphasis at the DSAC
  • Proven success leading solution development for complex federal RFPs, particularly within the HHS community
  • Deep understanding of government acquisition processes, proposal compliance, and contracting mechanisms
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate technical depth into mission-driven narratives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams that blend strategy, technology, and design disciplines
  • Possess a curiosity and always challenge the status quos to deliver innovative approach and solutions to the government and end users
  • Experience collaborating with customers and stakeholders to present solutions to the user/stakeholder community and gain user adoption
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven capability in proposal writing and development for government agencies
