Role OverviewThe Director Solutions Design is a supporting leadership role that manages a sub-set of pursuit team members to help successfully lead the pursuit from start to finish. The incumbent will lead and manage a sub-set of SD team members and/or specializes in a select design discipline (transportation, warehousing or network design).
What You Will Do
Develop overall pursuit response strategy, lead consulting projects, data validation, cleansing, profiling, baseline development & defining scenarios to model, develop and improve engineering tools and methodologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
- Ten (10) years or more in the Transportation industry
- Ten (10) years or more in the Warehousing and/or Manufacturing industry
