What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end capture execution for classified IC pursuits, shape capture strategies, develop and execute capture plans, build and maintain IC customer profiles, and manage B&P budgets.

Requires 12+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community or supporting IC missions, including leadership of complex programs, projects, or mission teams. Must have a deep understanding of IC customer missions, culture, procurement processes, and security requirements.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community or supporting IC missions
- 7+ years of experience leading capture, solution architecture, or proposal efforts for DoD or IC pursuits
- US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance
- Deep understanding of IC customer missions, culture, procurement processes, and security requirements
