TaskUs is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth (AI Services) to lead the charge in expanding its footprint within the AI and LLM industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, business development, or client services in AI organizations. They will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth, aligning TaskUs services with client developmental roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a white-glove experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B account management in AI services, customer success, business development, or client services in AI organizations
  • Experience working with technical or product-focused customers and translating their needs into talent or services solutions
  • Energy and enthusiasm for participating in and helping shape the startup and AI community
  • Data fluency, including experience using dashboards and metrics to inform strategy and performance
