You will have the autonomy to develop your team, foster a culture of accountability and cooperation, and act as a key liaison between our factory, sales leaders, and customers.

Take full ownership of our supply chain performance, driving improvements in key metrics like On-Time-Delivery and inventory management. Lead, mentor, and empower your Supply Chain and Factory Services teams, building a culture of accountability and continuous growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar field
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience end-to-end Supply Chain Management
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills in English
