Role OverviewThe Director, Sustainable Sourcing and Supplier Inclusion will be responsible for defining the strategy and long term action plans for sustainable sourcing of materials and services that meet the 2030 objectives for Colgate. This leader will create and drive the corporate strategy and approach to supplier inclusion.
What You Will Do
Define and lead the Sustainable Sourcing Strategy, create and drive forward the corporate strategy and approach to supplier inclusion, build consensus and alignment with key stakeholders, and develop best practices for learning and training on procurement compliance actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as economics, finance, or supply chain
- Minimum 15 years leading materials or commodity procurement teams, materials risk management programs, or strategic sourcing of a broad commodity or materials portfolio globally
- Fluency in creating insightful, actionable sustainability, innovation and partnership strategies
- Firm understanding of change management required to transition from materials sourcing strategies to materials transformation execution for a multi-country global organization
- Experience engaging and contracting with external strategic partners
- Experience on large-scale change management projects
