Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience
  • 5+ years leading TA teams in federal contracting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting programs requiring DoD clearances
  • Strong understanding of cleared talent markets and competitive intelligence
