Role OverviewThe Director, Talent Acquisition will drive forward our Talent Acquisition operations, maturity model, and strategy, partnering closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners. This role will lead the global TA function for the business unit, with a focus on double-digit YoY growth.
What You Will Do
Hands-on management of the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, compensation, mobility, and pipelining. This includes carrying a req load at times.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10+ years of recruitment experience
