Requirements

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • 5+ years leading teams at high-growth AI or SaaS startups
  • Experience scaling organizations from approximately 150 to 500+ employees
  • Proven ability to influence founders, executives, and senior leaders on hiring strategy and execution
