Job Description
The Director, Talent Programs & Platforms will be responsible for building and scaling the enterprise talent infrastructure to support a biotech organization’s scientific, clinical, manufacturing, and corporate workforce needs.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in talent programs, recruiting operations, onboarding, or HR technology
  • Experience supporting biotech, pharma, or life sciences organizations
  • Proven ownership of enterprise talent platforms and programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
