Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions and guiding clients on fund formation, structuring, transactions, and cross-border tax matters
  • Anticipate emerging tax issues, communicate their implications proactively, and design innovative strategies to optimize outcomes for funds, investors, and portfolio companies
  • Manage complex technical reviews, resolving intricate tax returns and issues for partnerships and corporations in private equity and alternative investment sectors
  • Collaborate with leadership, driving growth initiatives, expanding client relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork
