Job Description
We’re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide. We are seeking an accomplished Director to join our Tax Managed services team, serving private equity and alternative investment clients with tailored solutions and strategic expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax, with a Master’s or JD preferred, and hold a CPA or equivalent credential.
  • 12+ years of US tax consulting and compliance experience, primarily in public accounting or a similar advisory environment, with deep expertise in alternative investments.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role, managing client relationships, high-performing teams, and driving business development initiatives.
