Soleo Health is seeking a Director of Technology Product and Portfolio to drive innovation in data, security, and infrastructure in St. Louis, MO. The role combines product strategy with delivery focus to own and drive initiatives through the development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on product strategy, product management, and project management
  • Strong understanding of technology product management and iterative delivery models
  • Proficiency in value realization methodologies and KPI tracking
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience developing and implementing structured change management practices
  • Skilled in conducting impact analyses and managing organizational transitions effectively
