Role OverviewThe Director, Technical Data Modernization will build and run an operation to convert technical data into modern, manufacturing-ready models and drawings. The team will work alongside Hadrian's software to convert each technical data package and confirm it is right before it goes to the customer.
What You Will Do
The Director will build the operating model for each program, work with the software team to improve the process and automation tools, plan and run the hiring ramp, balance capacity across programs, and hire and develop leaders who run the team day to day.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and running high-volume technical operations, hiring and training people quickly, and keeping them engaged in repetitive work. They will also have enough engineering-drawing depth to own the quality bar, including GD&T and model-based definition.
