Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Thought Leader Liaison to lead field marketing efforts, including Key Opinion Leader identification and management, speaker bureau management, and local/ regional patient advocacy engagements.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Healthcare Provider Identification and Engagement, Market Insight Gathering, Speaker Bureau Management, HCP and Patient Congress Engagements, and Support and Execution of Strategic Marketing Initiatives.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales, or, with a focus on institutional customers
- Field marketing or HCP marketing experience
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically institutional accounts
- Experience in hematology, transplant, rheumatology, and Infectious disease preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing Key Opinion Leaders and complex accounts
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding business KPIs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights
- Experience working in Veeva and CRM systems and sales analytics tools
