Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards – Americas to lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across North, Central, and South America. This role will partner closely with senior HR and business leadership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent through competitive and impactful rewards programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5-7 years of proven leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR function globally
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and HRIS systems
  • Must have experience managing multi-country or regional programs (Americas preferred).
  • Industry experience preferred: logistics, transportation, manufacturing or global enterprise
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience with Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
