Job Description
The Director, Wellness & Youth & Family Programs is responsible for developing and managing all wellness program areas, including new program development, fiscal management, and staff supervision. The role ensures day-to-day program operations are delivered in accordance with operating standards for quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Exercise Physiology, Physical Education, or Sports Management
  • Certification in CPR, Basic Life Support, and Emergency Oxygen Administration
  • Current certification from an NCCA-accredited organization in Personal Training or Group Exercise
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Basic expertise in common office software, including Word and Excel
