Role OverviewJoin the American Red Cross as a Disaster Action Team Manager to lead and develop volunteer teams responsible for local preparedness, response, and client care management. Work with volunteers to ensure communities are ready to respond to disasters. Regional disaster employees are required to deploy to disaster relief operations outside of their region at a minimum of once a year.

Empower volunteers, lead the program, build mission capacity, engage community, manage in a matrix, know your communities, and be ready to respond to disasters.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with building, mobilizing, leading, and developing volunteer teams
- Current, valid driver's license and good driving record
