Role OverviewAs a Discovery Technician, you will play a critical role in the repair process by performing detailed vehicle inspections to identify all damage resulting from a collision. This position supports accurate repair planning, ensures proper documentation of damage, and facilitates a seamless workflow between estimators, body technicians, and insurance partners.
What You Will Do
Perform quality vehicle repairs, communicate with team members, complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work, and conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience required
- I-CAR Certification in body repair and welding preferred
- OEM certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes highly valued
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret repair data and measurements
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles legally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship
