Job Description
Dishwasher responsible for cleaning dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and performing opening/closing procedures. Ideal candidate is a team player who can stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.

Requirements

  • Maintain professional appearance standards
  • Aide in cleaning inside and outside the venue
  • Properly store and remove garbage and soiled linens
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen, and the BOH area
  • Follow supervisor's instructions and communicate with co-workers
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the dish machine and cleaning chemicals
  • Properly set up dish station and perform opening/closing procedures
