Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Kimpton, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware, and glassware. You will provide support and assistance to Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers, and keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers. You will also operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely, wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary, and restock all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include operating all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely, washing dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary, keeping areas in the kitchen clean and free of debris and water, restocking all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner, removing all trash and debris from the restaurant routinely, and assisting other restaurant personnel with tasks.
