Role OverviewProvide support for casino Team Members so that other Back of House and Front of House Team Members can provide exceptional service to our guests. Properly wash and store all dishes, pots and pans trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the department. Maintain the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner.
What You Will Do
Set up and break down dish machine, clean and polish machine thoroughly, wash and store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, check water temperature, remove trash, clean and sanitize garbage cans, and perform other duties as assigned.
